During the reception after the Mayor’s Civic Service at St John’s Church a cake, made by Mrs Ruby Jones (wife of former secretary of the Twinning Association, Glyn Jones) was cut by the three Mayors M. Claude LeBlanc, Herr Dr Ulrich Gauss and Mrs Margaret Taylor
