Age Concern Wiltshire will be organising Pancake races on Shrove Tuesday 16th February 2010 in Devizes Market Place.  Previous years’ races have been a great success, with a great assortment of teams - some on mobility scooters, others in fancy dress – with the very young and old in attendance.  Onlookers have had great fun cheering on the teams, eating hot pancakes on the side lines, and watching the very competitive grand final.  The races will run between 12.30 and 1.30.  Age Concern will be taking entries for teams from January 2010 so if you would like to make up a team please contact them on 01380 727767 in the New Year.  Otherwise put the date in your diary to come along and join in the fun
