Assent of Executor or Administrator Form Form used by the executor or administrator of a will to legally transfer ownership of the rights to burial from the recent late owner to the dedicated person.
Assignment of Rights of Burial Form Form used by the current registered owner of the rights to burial to re-assign these rights to another person (i.e. resold)
Statutory Declaration Form Form used to declare ownership of the right to burial when no other supporting (i.e. no will) documentation is believed to exist and the original owner is currently buried in the said plot.
Renunciation of Rights Form Form used by the current registered owner to renunciate their right to burial and pass the right onto another family member.
Application to Erect a Memorial Form Official form used by a memorial mason, on behalf of their client, applying for the right to erect a memorial on a specific grave space.

British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons (BRAMM) An offspring organisation of NAMM, provides an accredited british register of approved memorial masons. Many burial authorities throughout the UK are now only allowing registered members access to their burial sites.
