Your views are very important to Devizes Town Council, and throughout the year we undertake consultation on all of our services, from the Venues through to the Parks & Cemetery.
Sometimes you may have a view on something that is not within the direct control of Devizes Town Council. If this is the case we will pass the matter on to the relevant organisation.
PLEASE NOTE: For complaints regarding street lighting, council tax, housing, rubbish (bins and street cleaning) and highways issues (roads and pavements) please contact Wiltshire Council
Should you wish to make a complaint about the services of Devizes Town Council, a member Town Council staff, or about a Town Councillor you can do so by writing to the Town Clerk at:

Your complaint will be dealt with as quickly and sensitively as possible, we will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time period if it can not be resolved immediately.
Our charter is to acknowledge all written complaints by post or email immediately and where possible to respond to your complaint within 15 working days. If the nature of the complaint is likely to take longer than 15 days to investigate and fully respond to you will be notified (within 15 days) of the current situation.
Should the Town Clerk be unable to deal with your complaint, and providing it is relevant to the Town Council, your complaint will be referred to the relevant committee for consideration. You will be kept informed if the complaint warrants such action.
